ARYA Atherosclerosis is an international bimonthly journal dedicated to the latest advancement of cardiovascular diseases. All manuscripts must be prepared in English, and are subject to a rigorous and fair peer-review process. At 2021 and 2022 ARYA was published in continious frequency.

Accepted papers will appear online. This journal is indexed by ISI web of science from 2022 (IF: 0.6) , ESCI from from 2015, PubMed and PubMed Central from 2010, Scopus from 2008, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) from 2011, Google Scholar from 2010, Islamic World Science Citation (ISC) from 2011, WHO/EMR/Index Medicus from 2006, NLM Catalog from 2007, Index Copernicus from 2006, Academic Search Complete EBSCO Publishing databases from 2009, Scientific Information Database from 2005, Open J Gate from 2011, and Magiran since 2005.

We follow closely the industry associations, such as the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) and World Association of Medical Editors (WAME), that set standards and provide guidelines for best practices.

Scopus citation score is 1.1 for 2018, 1.6 for 2019, 1.7 for 2020 , 1.9 for 2021 and 1.3 for 2022.
